Who we are

The data controller is Odyssey Studio, a web studio in Sofia. For anything related to your data, write to [email protected].

What data we collect

Only what you fill in on the enquiry form: name, company, email or phone, your website address and the message. We do not collect payment data.

What we use it for

To reply to you, to prepare a quote or an audit and, if we become partners, to fulfil the contract. We do not send marketing newsletters and we do not sell data.

Legal basis

Your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

How long we keep it

If we don't start working together, we delete the enquiry within 12 months of our last contact. If we become partners, we keep the data for as long as the contract and accounting legislation require.

Who else sees it

The data passes through the providers without which the site and email don't work: hosting, email and the service that delivers the form to us. They process it only on our instructions.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself does not use cookies.

At the moment the site does not use analytics. If we switch it on, it will load only after your consent in a cookie banner.

The time and weather on the home page

The time and the part of the day are calculated in your browser. The weather in Sofia is loaded from our server, which once every 20 minutes asks the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET Norway, data under the CC BY 4.0 licence). No data about you is sent to them.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to request correction or deletion, to restrict processing, to object to it, to receive your data in a convenient format and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at [email protected].

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection: cpdp.bg.
